Milliner makes silk velvet holly leaves for Christmas decorations. I’ll be using flower tools for these leaves, but you don’t have to have them – a household iron will do the same thing. You can choose to use these holly leaves as house decorations, hat trims, on hat pins or on hair combs.

Milliner (hat maker) makes Beauxbatons Harry Potter Goblet of Fire hat (designed and made for the film by Philip Treacy). In this video I will be modifying a plain crown block or poupee head using rope to create a pointy tip witchβs hat. Iβll also modify a mushroom brim block using hair rats. Then Iβll block and put together the whole hat using wool felt. I also made myself an authentic witchβs broomstick to complete the look.
